Air Graphics has been our reprographics service provider for five years. In this role, they have done an outstanding job and supported our steady growth and expanding capabilities. Recently, Air Graphics helped us plan a successful conversion from a 32-bit Windows XP platform to a 64-bit Windows Vista platform. They provided our firm with the support necessary to effect a smooth transition, including assuring a successful print driver installation and continuous copy and print tracking for accounting purposes. Planning consisted of meetings and phone calls over several weeks and integration with our Information Technology service provider. During the weekend change-over, Air Graphics provided off-hours support as required to effect a flawless transition. Our new system has been up and running for weeks with excellent results and no incidences. The only minor problem encountered was an unexpected shift in the color calibration of our copier and plotter. Air Graphics has offered continued assistance to help correct this minor problem.

We do not give glowing references very often but Air Graphics earned this one!
