Typically, an architect will create PDF or DWF document files and send them off to the consultants at each submittal date for review as well as printing a small amount of full and half size sets for the owner, developer and consultants.
Digital sets view well, but often the prints, in particular the half size prints, can be a problem. They just do not look like the prints generated in your own office. The quality is inconsistent and detail is often lost or obscured.

The Perfect Plan
The Perfect Plan is designed to provide your company with a nearly “perfect” set, even at half size, with no loss of detail, muddy screen fills or hatch patterns.
Perfect Plans can be color or black & white and printed in either full or half-size sets. Submit your plans in your preferred print format, either PDF or DWF format. There is no conversion charge because we print directly from the file sent.

The per sheet price is based on the number of prints in a given order.
For example…
- 5 sets of 3 (15 prints)
at 36 x 48 the total cost would be $86.25
at 18 x 24 (half size) the total cost would be $22.50
or
- 13 sets of 20 (260 prints)
at 30×42 the total cost would be $390.00
at 15 x 21 (half size) the total cost for would be $130.00
