Bid Management 

AIR Graphics will manage, print and distribute your bid documents. In every phase of the bid, AIR Graphics will track who received documents and when they received them.

Deposit Collection

Often, the bidding agency requires the bidder to place a deposit on the documents received. AIR Graphics will manage the deposits as well as the returned sets. When the final return date has passed, AIR Graphics will deliver both the returned sets and the checks from uncollected deposits to the bidding agency with a full report on the who, when, where and how of the bid document process.

Addendum Distribution

Need to send updated documents in the middle of a bid? Simply send the documents to AIR Graphics and ask for an addendum distribution. Every planholder on our list will receive their set within 24 hours.
