Business Development Position

AIR Graphics is seeking several front line Account Executives. The ideal candidates will have experience in selling cross-media, variable data one-to-one marketing Solutions to businesses to help make their communications more effective and increase client’s bottom-line. Target calls are Chief Marketing officers of corporations and marketing agencies In New England area.

In this new division start up scenario successful candidates will be expected to take responsibility and ownership from the get go and as the division develops become an integral part of its core sales structure. You must be able to work independently and deliver revenue results.

Desired Skills & Experience

Marketing degree or relevant experience.

• Substantial experience in advertising sales/marketing

• Established relationships and presence within the agency marketplace

* Reach and exceed sales quotes

* Prospect, penetrate and close new business relationships with agencies and brands

* Create compelling sales presentations using industry knowledge, trends, and insights to communicate AIR Graphics integrated marketing solutions.

* Connect with potential clients via phone & in person for presentations

* Examine campaign results and recommend optimization solutions to help achieve client goals

* High-level customer service

Requirements:

* 2+ years commission based sales

* Proven track record or reaching new business revenue goals

* Ability to reach decision makers and quickly determine revenue potential

* Interest in social media & technology, and the ability to explain complex concepts in everyday terms is key
